- All clients are required to provide contact details including mobile number, email and Date of Birth in order to secure an appointment and provide necessary information for their appointment.
- All patients must complete a Medical History form in the 48 hours run up to their appointment and on subsequent visits. This is necessary for the consultation and treatment plan.
- New patients are seen for consultation first before any treatment is undertaken. Treatment may be provided on the first visit at the Doctor’s and/or Clinic Manager’s discretion.
- All information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
- Patient information will not be shared with third parties and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
- You can choose to opt-out from our mailing list at any time by unsubscribing. PLEASE NOTE: This may also mean that you will miss out on key information pertaining to your appointments and our clinical operation changes.
Appointments
- All consultations and treatment appointments are charged at £50 for all services. The £50 Booking Fee is redeemable on the day against treatment(s) and NOT valid against product purchases. The £50 Booking Fee is non-refundable. The £50 fee is non-transferable to a different date if you are having a consultation only.
- Due to high demand, there is a 72-hour cancellation policy.
- Any cancellations/rescheduled appointments within the 72-hour cancellation time period will be classed as a Late Cancel. Please note: This Fee is non-transferrable and will not be refunded. You will need to place another Booking Fee to rebook for another date.
- If cancelling outside of the 72-hour policy, your £50 Booking Fee will NOT be refunded.
- If rescheduling outside of the 72-hour policy, your £50 Booking Fee will be transferred once to the rebooked date and will NOT be refundable. It will NOT be redeemable towards treatment.
- If you do not attend a booked appointment and/or fail to advise us as per policy in advance, this will be classed as a No-Show. Please note: Your £50 Booking Fee will not be refunded.
- After 1 No-Show or 1 Late Cancel, a further £50 Booking Fee will need to be paid in advance of your next appointment. This deposit can be redeemed on your treatment.
- Please Note: We do not offer a illness/Covid Isolation Insurance Policy and therefore, the above T&C’s apply for all.
- T&C's for package cancellations or missed appts:
If you are in a package for any of our treatment services and need to cancel within 72 hours or do not show for your appointment, you risk losing your session. You can pay £50 to secure and rebook back in to clinic.
- Routine Review Appointments are offered for Anti-Wrinkle treatments – at no extra cost – at 2 weeks post your initial treatment.
- If you are unable to attend your Anti-Wrinkle Review Appointment at 2 weeks post treatment, no additional ‘top up’ will be provided after the 2-week review period.
- Follow-up appointments for hyperhidrosis, bruxism and dermal fillers can be booked up to 2 to 4 weeks depending on the treatment type. Our team will advise if and when this is needed, then will arrange this for you.
- Follow up appointments and aftercare is provided accordingly to the treatment(s) undertaken. If you are unsure of any of these aspects, please call the clinic on 0121 7690242.
- If you are unwell, please call to discuss and let us know. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes coronavirus, colds, cold sores or local skin infections.
- Our team reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time, if a patient is thought to be unsuitable or that treatment is not in their best interest.
Children & Young Persons
- We do not treat anyone under the age of 18.
- Please do not bring children to the clinic.
- Under 18’s are not permitted into the clinic.
Refunds
Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;
- consultation and assessment
- provision of information and advice
- safe treatment with evidence based products
- follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate
Whilst we aim to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands with the best products tailored to your consultation findings, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.
Feedback
Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email, via the clinic website or via google reviews.
Referral Vouchers
- Referees will receive £75 for their referral which will be added to their account as credit.
- Referred patients will receive £50 as a welcome gesture which will be added to their account as credit.
- Credit will be valid for 6 months only.

- We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our clinic.

- We will endeavor to acknowledge receipt of your concerns within 24 hours.
- We aim to resolve your concern in a timely manner and investigate your complaint honestly and diligently.
