Client Information

  • All clients are required to provide contact details including mobile number and email in order to secure an appointment and provide necessary information for their appointment.
  • All clients must complete a Medical History form and Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Risk Assessment in the 48 hours run up to their appointment and on subsequent visits.  This is necessary for the consultation and treatment plan.
  • New patients are seen for consultation first before any treatment is undertaken.  Treatment may be provided on the first visit at the Doctor’s and/or Clinic Manager’s discretion.
  • All information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
  • Patient information will not be shared with third parties and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
  • You can choose to opt-out from our mailing list at any time by unsubscribing. PLEASE NOTE: That this may also mean that you will miss out on key information pertaining to your appointments.

Appointments

  • All consultations (including Video Consults) and treatment appointments are charged at £50 for Dr Farmah’s appointments.  The £50 fee is redeemable against the treatment price and valid against product purchases. The £50 fee is non-refundable.
  • All consultations (including Video Consults) and treatment appointments are charged at £25 for Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, Skin Peels and Skin Care Analysis appointments.  The £25 fee is redeemable against the treatment price and valid against product purchases. The £25 fee is non-refundable.
  • Due to high demand, there is a 72-hour cancellation policy.
  • Any cancellations/rescheduled appointments within the 72-hour cancellation time period will be classed as a Late Cancel. Please note: This Fee is non-transferrable and will not be refunded.
  • If cancelling outside of the 72-hour policy, your £50/£25 Consultation Fee will NOT be refunded.
  • If rescheduling outside of the 72-hour policy, your £50/£25 Consultation Fee will be transferred once to the rebooked date and will NOT be refundable. It will be redeemable towards treatment.
  • If you do not attend a booked appointment and/or fail to advise us as per policy in advance, this will be classed as a No-Show. Please note: Your £50/£25 Consultation Fee will not be refunded.
  • After 1 No-Show or 1 Late Cancel, a further £50/25 Consultation Fee will need to be paid in advance of your next appointment. This deposit can be redeemed on your treatment.
  • Please Note: We do not offer a Covid Isolation Insurance Policy and therefore, the above T&C’s apply for all.
  • Routine Review Appointments are offered for Anti-Wrinkle treatments – at no extra cost – up to 2 weeks after treatments are undertaken.
  • If you are unable to attend your Anti-Wrinkle Review Appointment at 2 weeks post treatment, no additional ‘top up’ will be provided after the 2-week review period.
  • Follow-up appointments for hyperhidrosis, bruxism and dermal fillers can be booked up to 2 to 4 weeks depending on the treatment type.
  • Follow up appointments and aftercare is provided accordingly to the treatment(s) undertaken. If you are unsure of any of these aspects, please call the clinic on 0121 7690242.
  • If you are unwell, please call to discuss and let us know. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes coronavirus, colds, cold sores or local skin infections.
  • The Doctor reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time, if a client is thought to be unsuitable or that a treatment is not in the best interest.

Children & Young Persons

  • We do not treat anyone under the age of 18.
  • Please do not bring children to the clinic.
  • Under 18’s are not permitted into the clinic.

Refunds

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

  • consultation and assessment
  • provision of information and advice
  • safe treatment with evidence based products
  • follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate

Whilst we aim to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands with the best products tailored to your consultation findings, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Feedback

Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email, via the clinic website or via google reviews.

  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher.
  • Applicable to new and existing clients.
  • One voucher per person.
  • The voucher should be surrendered upon purchase of the treatment.
  • Offer can be used on all treatments.
  • Offer is subject to patient suitability for treatment.
  • Voucher is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • A referee can receive £25 after their referrer has paid for and had their treatment.
  • Dr Aesthetica has the right to withdraw this offer without notice.

£25 Birthday Voucher

  • Applicable to existing clients ONLY who have had previous treatment with us.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher.
  • Applicable to existing clients ONLY.
  • One voucher per person.
  • This offer can only be used ONCE.
  • This offer is valid 30 days before and 30 days after your birthday.
  • Offer can be used on all injectable treatments, Microneedling and Skin Peel treatments over £95.
  • This offer is not valid on Laser Hair Removal or Alumier Enzyme Retexturing Treatments.
  • Offer cannot be used on any products and are for treatment services only.
  • Offer is subject to patient suitability for treatment.
  • Voucher is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for money or used against consultations.
  • Dr Aesthetica has the right to withdraw this offer without notice.

Monthly Promotions

  • Offer is valid to all clients.
  • Offer valid on stated treatments.
  • Discount applies to treatment undertaken on or before a stated date.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher.
  • Dr Aesthetica reserves the right to withdraw any promotion without notice.

Competition Winners

  • Dr Aesthetica reserves the right to withdraw the offer of a prize where deemed necessary, such as, if a patient is not seen fit or suitable for a service and/or product.
  • Offer valid on stated treatments.
  • Discount applies to treatment undertaken on or before a stated date.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or voucher.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift Voucher Valid for 6 Months from Date of Issue. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The voucher must be surrendered upon purchase of the treatment. This voucher non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No other Gift Voucher can be issues if lost, stolen or damaged. This Gift Voucher has no cash value. This Gift Voucher can be used on any service including Laser Hair Removal, Skin Peels, Microneedling and all injectable treatments including Botulinum Toxin, Hyaluronic Acid and Profhilo. This Gift Voucher is redeemable against any saleable products. This Gift Voucher is subject to patient suitability for treatment. This Gift Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. Dr Aesthetica has the right to withdraw this offer without notice. Complaints Procedure

  • We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our clinic.
  • If the unfortunate circumstance that you are not happy with a service, we would advise that you get in touch with us by email: [email protected] addressing it to the Clinic Manager.
  • We will endeavor to acknowledge receipt of your concerns within 24 hours.
  • We aim to resolve your concern in a timely manner and investigate your complaint honestly and diligently.
  • Once an investigation and summary of our findings have been completed, we will offer a conclusion with next steps as appropriate.
